Willow ABA Services is currently seeking a Clinical Director who is passionate about developing exceptional clinicians, fostering a neurodiversity-affirming and assent-based approach to services, curating a positive team culture and driving meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve. In this role, you will lead a team committed to clinical fidelity while ensuring client progress remains at the center of every decision. Our Clinical Directors are supported by dedicated clinical and operational leadership teams, allowing them to focus on mentorship, quality assurance, and the delivery of high quality, ethical ABA services.

How we invest in our staff:
We provide ongoing and consistent clinical collaboration in which our Clinical Director provides feedback and training on treatment protocols and individualized programming. Per the BACB’s recommendation, we evaluate the level of need for BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysis) oversight for each client, and we stick to our clinical recommendations to ensure programming is implemented to fidelity, meaning the hours our clients receive services are as efficient as possible. We are here to support everyone on the Willow ABA team in their journey to achieve their professional goals. Clinical Director Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
- Oversee clinical operations, including assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and development of clinical team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, funding source requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Support clinical staff through regular supervision, performance feedback, training, and professional growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote client progress and satisfaction.
- Manage caseload assignments and clinical resources to ensure appropriate service delivery and staff utilization.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics, documentation quality, and treatment integrity through regular audits and review processes.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to maintain efficient center operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a positive, professional, and solution-oriented workplace culture through effective communication, accountability, and leadership.
- Hold an active BCBA License from the BACB
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Practiced as a BCBA for 3+ years
- Successfully ran an ABA clinic for 1+ year
- Competency writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Ability to provide supervision for staff in school to become a BCBA
- Experience with Central Reach is highly desired
- Creative and organized

- Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000-105,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. 1-hour breaks allotted per communication with your staff members to ensure multiple people are not out of the building at one time as needed.
