Branch Out Apparel is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales & Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about connecting with people, growing a purpose-driven brand, and making a meaningful impact in the neurodiversity community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and using creative marketing to tell a compelling story.
As our Sales & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales through wholesale outreach, business partnerships, event opportunities, and online customer engagement while also helping grow our brand across social media and digital platforms. You'll create engaging content, build meaningful connections with customers and community partners, and help share the mission behind Branch Out Apparel with authenticity and enthusiasm.
This role also plays an important part in supporting our inclusive workplace, where adults who are autistic and neurodivergent contribute their unique talents and perspectives to our team. We are looking for someone who communicates with warmth, compassion, and respect, helps foster an encouraging and structured work environment, and genuinely believes in the value of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities.

About Branch Out Apparel
Branch Out Apparel is a new venture from Willow ABA, a family-owned organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families since 2020. Branch Out was created to continue Willow’s mission of helping the autistic population through all stages of life. Our goal is to provide meaningful, supportive employment opportunities for neurodivergent team members with diverse abilities.
