We cannot provide supervision hours for SLP Clinical Fellows at this time.

Willow ABA is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to support our clients' communication needs while working in a supportive, structured clinical setting. This is our first Speech Language Pathologist role in our clinic setting, so we are looking for someone who is confident in their professional and clinical knowledge within the speech and language sciences. Willow’s Speech Language Pathologist will assist clients by developing meaningful goals, implementing direct services to clients and caregivers, and mentoring/educating staff as well as caregivers along their journey with Willow. You will collaborate with our Chief Clinical Officer and SLPs across Willow clinics, while working alongside BCBAs and RBTs to support clients with diverse communication profiles, delivering cohesive services that foster meaningful communication skills, promote learning and connection, use motivation-based and naturalistic teaching strategies, and encourage greater independence.

SLPs are supported with a comprehensive administrative team that handles all insurance, authorization, scheduling, and credentialing needs. We also have behavioral support from experienced BCBAs and RBTs, to work as part of a team for a multidisciplinary approach.

About the Role:
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Willow ABA, you’ll provide speech and language therapy services to clients with communication, social, and developmental challenges. You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative services to support each client’s unique goals. You’ll play a key role in helping clients find their voices, literally and figuratively, while supporting their social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in both individual and small group formats.
  • Collaborate closely with CCO, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and other support staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, compassionate, and trauma-sensitive approach.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
What we’re looking for:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current Colorado state licensure and CCC-SLP (or CFY with appropriate supervision).
  • Experience or interest in working with clients with autism or complex communication needs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $38-43 hourly depending on education, experience, and certification status
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
